For some reason, today, I am so drained. I have NO energy, zilch. I REALLY wanted to NOT go workout, but I knew that if I skipped out on this one, it would lead to another one and another... and I already feel sidelined because of my knee, so I pushed myself to go.
I completed my workout, but to be honest, for the most part, I just felt like I was going through the motions. At least I still went. I am so pooped. Wide awake, but NO energy.
Hoping tomorrow is a better day.. I will have the in laws to take care of the boy, maybe I can go on a real, hard walk on Saturday!

OH NO>. i just read about your knee.. so sorry.. hope you are getting better!
take it easy on yourself.. remember.. its about changing habits.. you got up and workout.. eventhough it was "just going through the motions" thats progress.. thats moving toward making this lifestyle a habit :) .. WAY TO GO!
you can do it.. .. I had to stop lifting weights cause of my shoulder injury.. and then my thumb injury. .. but thats life.. we just have to work with what we got right?
