Quinoa, My New Best Friend

I tried the Quinoa with Sundried Tomatoes recipe from Tosca Reno's cook book (pg 77). It rocked.

I had never heard of quinoa until I bought that cookbook a few months ago. I was kind of scared to try it, but it was wonderful. Kind of like cous cous, but without the gluten, and oh so lightly hearty. Little bursts of flavor in your mouth! I will be making it again for sure! I had a really hard time stopping with just one serving, but the thought of how good I can look in a few months, stopped me from gorging!
