Goals, and Knee

I lifted legs today. I did not do all the hams because the only exercises I could think of, would stress my knee... BUT I made it through the WHOLE workout and my knee only hinted at its previous injury. I did not go running afterward because I do not want to undo what the two weeks of active rest have done for it!

My goals this week.. To lift all three times, that only gets hampered by me NOT remembering to reserve babysitting. BAH. And... to run ALL three times. This will require sweating my happy booty off in the 98 degree heat. But I GOTTA do it.

Eating has been great. I think I turned a corner with it last week. It is happy stuff now... so I am not really going to stress out on it, just enjoy all the good for me recipes I am finally liking since I have been off of processed stuff for a month! haha!
