Oh boy, today I did legs. The Boy is all kinds of snotty and coughing, BUT it is clear, and he has not had a fever... so, off I went! It felt so good. I was so sweaty afterwards! It was not as hard as Laura's leg workout, but
I will be sore. I did my love/hate lunges!

squats, alternating lunges, burpees, dead lifts, and ball curls. aaagggghhhh! it was great!
