How to be a Fit.... Woman?

Here I am, 6th consecutive day of working out. But thing is, though I am always in the pursuit of being a fit, healthy, sexy wife and mother... I am not sure how to do anything but be fit & healthy. How am I supposed to get clean (therefore sexy in Sweet Love's book) when I am working so hard to feed the family clean (food is SUCH an issue for me, well cooking is at least, I will eat ANYTHING!), trying to keep house, and fit in one or more workouts (all with timing constraints)? HOW?

Oh well. I just thought about how Laura, my perfectly pretty partner in fitness, is barely managing showers now that she is working out twice a day to meet her goal. I mean, if she is having a hard time, how is lazy me going to manage! haha! Geeze. Oh well.

Went for a walk with the oh so injured Laura this morning. It was not a tough workout for me, but I was out there! That is sometimes most of the battle for me! Go Laura, and go me! Oh, and the stupid stroller is NOT fixed. Maybe it just needs to be aired up every time???

just go with what you've got. do what makes you feel sexy, maybe hubs needs to readjust his expectations!

as long as you are moving your body and feeding your family you will make it.

maybe a new stroller should be an option. there are tons on craigslist.
