Run, Run, eat, Run, eat, RUN RUN RUN!

My new running partner is kicking my tushy all over this town! She is definitely keeping me accountable to my running plan! Today was supposed to be a 3 mile pace run. That means that you run the whole three miles at your hopeful race pace. Mine is about 9 minute miles. SOOOO... we ran and ran and ran around that track. She flat kept me running. My legs and lungs were in a race to see who could burn harder! And on top of that, I had upped my weights for lunges this week so my glutes were SORE. Wow. That was a HARD run!
