I do think that I need more food, better food, and more often. I am doing a little better. I have a LONG way to go. Laura told me that I needed to eat 'smart'. I am trying to do that.
Also, I talked with my brother (he is a natural supplement 'expert'). I told him about how I have ALWAYS hated winter and always been almost depressed, especially during January and February. He told me that there is a syndrome called SAD. Seasonal Affective Disorder. So, now I am taking Vitamin D3. As long as I take the D3 everyday I feel GREAT! I am even getting to sleep more quickly, and way deeper! So delightful!
My Running Buddy mentioned that she is extra tired now that she is running all the time, and at such distances. Hmm... maybe that is why I am SO tired! Why did I not think of that???
Lastly, Josha mentioned that I might be having some mental stumbling blocks. Um, OUCH. So right. I did not want to hear that, but I needed to hear that! I have been working on a lot of new things lately. That just added a little more focus to my already intense journey! Thanks!

I finally figured out when I got to where i was running over 7 miles or so i had to EAT.. and I mean EAT a lot more than usually to have my energy levels at normal. I ate healthy.. dont get me wrong.. but i sure did eat a LOT more than i do when i am not running that far :)
Vit D is good :) glad you got some .. :)
Winter is ALWAYS the hardest for me to get through without gaining 30lbs back :) .. its just so cold .. i am never warm and i just want to hibernate LOL ..
I cant wait until i can get up to the miles you are ate :) I miss running being fun... instead of such work.
