Ok, so you know you have the 'fire' when you and your Sweet Love cancel your vacation plans, but you still get up at 5am, or even use up your precious nap time, to workout! WAHOO! Yeah me! hehe! (I am sweating buckets right now from my nap time workout, buckets I tell ya!)
So today I broke down my delts and tris. I hate working tris, love working delts, so it is a great combo!
By the way, I am STILL sore from my leg workout on Thursday. Tomorrow is supposed to be my next leg day. What if I am still sore? Workout anyway I guess!
