So, thanks for the kick, and encouragement.  I talked a little with Sweet Love and he has agreed to work out a way for me to have two mornings a week to run outside.  I have made appointments with the gym daycare for tomorrow AND Friday already! :)  Now I just have to figure out what I will do while I am there!
I decided that maybe I should do the 'assignments' on Bill's Blog.  The first one is so hard, that I just read over it and went along my merry way down the slow and tubby path.  No freaking way.  I think I am going to have to bite the bullet and get my 'before' picture printed out in an 8X10.  I KNOW that will work! :O  I do like how he said that we should look for progress everyday and acknowledge it (assignment #6).  I see progress, but I never stop to acknowledge it for what it is.  Hmm.. could that be some of my lack of enthusiasm?
