Had fun in the gym, tried not to overdo it, and instead bored myself a little! :)
Got my stroller fixed. Now I have NO excuses while running 3-5 times a week! ;)
No Dr Pepper, SO easy. I really think I should be done with them forever.
No sugar, little harder, but we are in the infancy stage of that one! ;)
Green Smoothie Fast Day... well, now that one did not work out so well!
I have been having some REAL detox effects from going back on my green smoothies. Fine, I expected some, but not this much! Anyway, this morning, I drank down my first smoothie of the day. After Church, I was SO hungry, and could really feel that smoothie working and just did not think I could bear to have more just yet. So, what did I choose instead, Taco Bell. Real smart JRo, Real Smart. Sigh. It is about improvement, right?
So, this week my goals are:
No Sugar
cook at least 3 meals from Eat Clean Diet Cookbook (the stuff is so yummy, I just have to cook it... ugh! *haha*)
Run at least 2 times with the jog stroller. (Sure I could have required more of myself, but I have avoided it for a whole year, so lets start small, right?)
Enough bites out of the elephant for this week!
Overall, decent week, but could be better. I give it 3.5 stars out of 5!
