Workout Everyday

It has occurred to me that I am a little too much of a schedule follower. So much so that even if i missed a workout the day before, and today's 'plan' says to rest, I will rest. Seriously. This has sometimes, often, come to my detriment. I think I need to take on a new philosophy. Try to workout EVERYDAY. Knowing how my life goes, how just most peoples everyday life goes, there will be at least once a week, that it just will NOT happen. Life will get in the way of my workout. But it will be ok, because it will just be my unplanned *gasp* rest day that week. Lets see how that works!

As for Coffee, I have been avoiding getting rid of it. Yesterday I have raw sugar in it since I was at Laura's house. Wow, that was yummy coffee. That spurred me on to go down a level in my drinking of coffee. I am so tired of being up half the night, so I need to hurry and get the caffeine OUT of my system! The rest of the week I will only drink one large cup. Next week, I will go down to one small cup. Then NONE!

so sad when we are on our car trip. but then again, i'll get to have a sonic. you might just have to bend the rules and have something with me. i will lay the peer pressure on THICK!

I wish you the best of luck with your coffee. That has been something i struggle with for ever. Maybe I will start that too. Maybe I will make a ticker....Days Without Coffee. Can't start today since I am already drinking some. I will be watching to see how things go.
