I had a painful, but good run yesterday.  It was not nearly long enough.  I am pretty sure I am not going to be able to stick to just 20 minutes of running.  I am betting that by the middle of June I will be running for at least 30 minutes.  I can do those 20 minute HIIT things when I am really pressed for time.
Did arms today.  Pushed a little harder than last time.  I was a little sore from Monday, but not much.  I doubt I will be sore from today.  I just don't get sore from upper body stuff.  Lunges though... STILL in SOOOO much pain.  Every time I had to stand or sit on the bench, I had to grit my teeth and make weird groaning noises.  Oh, and to go to the bathroom... OUCH.  Once I sit, I am fine, but getting ALL the way down to the seat... *gasp*  Haha!
I am really looking forward to tomorrow.  Once I have gone for a run, I will have completed all 6 planned workouts for my first week.  I am so proud of myself!  Next week I will focus on really getting in those 6 clean meals.  I did ok this week, but they can be cleaner, and I always have major issues with getting in that sixth meal.
