Ramblings about the end of the week

I don't think I have ever worked my back hard enough to be this sore. I worked out on Wednesday, and it is still painful! Wahoo!

I lifted legs today. I even ran for the 20 minutes I had left of babysitting after I got done lifting. Well, I walked and ran, but you know!

Yesterday was the first day that I actually managed 6 meals. I was STILL hungry. I think I am so afraid of not eating right, that I choose NOT to eat instead. *bang head* That is probably why I have only 'lost' half a pound! ;)

I think I am good in the workout area, but the eating, obviously needs help. Weird to me that I have such issues since I like eating, and I love veggies and all things healthy... I just don't seem to put it on the list of things to do that day.

I will say that since I put eating (every 2.5 hours) into my phone to remind me, even The Boy has been happier! I guess he was hungry too! Now he gets a little something every 2.5 hours too! I cannot wait till he gets the bottom molars in. Then maybe he can eat more of the stuff we eat, without me spending half the mealtime cutting it all up into swallowable bites. *sigh*
