That giving up DP is HARD, but not too hard to manage!
That I miss running more than I thought, and that was a LOT :-D
My body is finally thirsting for water, now that I am not shoveling Dr Pepper down my throat!
That I LOVE to workout
That I NEED to run the 'crazy out of me'
That I love my husband more every day (I knew that, but he is still working his magic on me!)
The support of your dream man can change everything
I also figured out a reward system. I am driving by rewards and approval. Since I am doing this for myself, I need the rewards! ;) I have decided that for every week that I fulfill my eating & fitness goals, I will get to pick out a slip of paper from a jar. There will be something written on each piece such as 1/2 a massage (so I need to be good two weeks to get a massage), pedicure, or manicure. All things I love to do, Sweet Love says I should do, but I never 'allow' myself to spend the $$ on. Today I pulled 1/2 massage. Perfect!
As for Goals, I will post them on the side, right by my weight!
Oh, and I am weening myself from coffee because I don't like it without creamer... and creamer is dairy, and the fake stuff has gluten... so out goes my coffee. I will only allow myself one 'cup' each day this week, starting tomorrow! Last week I gave myself two a day, since I was getting rid of my Dr Pepper habit. It went easier than I thought.

Do you seriously eat cereal more than once a day? I'm so going to copy your goals for the week thingy.
Yep, I love me some cereal. Soothes the sweet tooth and it is my biggest comfort food. That is why it has been SO hard to be nursing for so long.. no milk for my beloved cereal. But then I found Almond milk. Yum!
