I was right, it was a woman thing.  Today i jumped on the scale, and I am down a half pound from my lowest weight... and it is not even Saturday morning!  Wahoo!
Ran yesterday, it was a GREAT run.  Felt so good.  I had some great music too, so that helped!
Lifted legs today.  The knee is still all kinds of wimpy, but I will work with it.  Just means I need to attack those abs.  Abs bore me.
The other day when I was lifting arms... there was a college age kid showing his HS age brother the 'ropes' (I am assuming age and relation)  Anyway, I am finally able to really push mys shoulders, so I can lift a LOT.  The HS kid put down his weights for upright rows, and I picked them right up, for MY upright rows.  haha, felt SOOOOOO good.  I LOVE being on the 'man's' side of the gym.  When I told Sweet Love, he said, "TOLD you that your arms are big!  Do you turn green (the Hulk) when you lift?"  Oh, that man cracks me up!  Exactly why I married him! haha!
