Week 4

Well, I may have gained a pound. I went WAY overboard on my free day... and it took all week to undo it. This weekend I did not do as bad. In fact, I don't think I 'gained' a pound. I say it with quotes, because I swear it is mostly just water from all the salt and sugar.

This week starts my no coffee. Sigh. This morning was actually not hard. But then, The Boy slept till 7, so I was better rested! haha!

I have not been on here much because I am having trouble with The Boy and his sleeping. So, fear not, I have not given up, I am just too busy keeping up!

I did not make it to lift 3 times, and I only ran twice. The lifting, I forgot to reserve babysitting again. ARG, and the running, my won dang fault. The eating, GREAT. I found a yummy recipe that is soothing my sweet tooth. And that is GREAT since this month I am planning on cutting out all processed sugar (even on free day) for 40 days. Oh, and I figured out how to work out Sundays. Those were hard for me, and they ended up being half a free day, and that was NOT working for me!
