I injured myself this week.  Somehow busted up my knee.  In the past, I would just throw in the towel, because how do you do cardio??  This time, I am trying to let myself know, that there may always be obstacles, and I have to learn how to get around them.  So I can't do cardio, I can pay that much more attention to my diet each day.  They will offset each other!  I can still do this!  I am glad too, because this week was the most I have lost!  Wahoo for me!  Oh, and I was able to wear a shirt to church this week, that I was wearing when I got preggers, and my rolls did not show through!  Wahoo again!
I am ready to take pictures again next week, well this next Friday.  I have to remember.  I also want to get my body fat measured again, but that will be the next week.  I am really looking forward to that.
The other day I was shopping, and I had to turn funny, and one calf brushed against the other.  It was rock hard.  Wow, so fast?  Fun Fun!
So, goals for the week:
This is the last week for coffee.  *sniff, sniff*
I will take the effort that I would expend in cardio three days a week, onto making even cleaner meals so that I still maintain my weight loss snowball!
Still make it to the gym for three weight sessions, even if all three are arms!
I made my goals from last week, considering the knee issue.  That means I got a pedi yesterday! Rewards are fun!

Awesome on the weighloss. Good for not throwing in the towel. Life does have many obstacles, it's our job to learn to manage them!
