Went for my run this am. Felt ok, hurt at the end, but that was to be expected when I have fiddle farted around for the past 3, um, 4 weeks. My sweat was NASTY. Toxic waste burning my skin. YUCK.
For accountability... I am telling you guys now. I will, gasp, finally be doing Assignment One from Bill's Blog. Yep, that means I will post my before picture. I will take it either Friday or Saturday, so look for it then. No, don't look, but bother me if it is not here! ;)
