I just read something on the BFL forum about one woman's experience with the program. She talked about how the scale was all over the place. How she had to give up the scale, and keep the faith, knowing that the program worked. Hmm... how about that?
I am thinking, that I should REchallenge myself. Weigh myself only on the first day, and the last day. My goals are always not about the pounds anyway, they are about the physical accomplishments. Why do I try and measure my success with something that has nothing to do with my end result? Geeze JRo?!?
Anyway... I will come up with the new firm goals and blog back later. I will be in Austin this weekend so I might not get back with the goals until then. Oh, and Happy Birthday to me on Saturday!
Wish me luck!

flush the scale down the drain :)
its a figment of our worlds imagination to get us all caught up on how much we weigh instead of how we feel.
can you climb the stairs without passing out?
can you get on the floor with your chldren to play?
are you more active today than you were last year?
can you feel good in your own skin knowing that you are making progress... thats what matters!
I use to weigh all the time.. then it went to just every month.. now .. hardly ever..
there are people who are the perfect weight but are unhealthy. :)
and people who are size 0 that can barely make it through a trip to walmart..
join the party... life is more than a number :) good for you!!!!
have fun in Austin! and Happy Birthday early.. :)
keep your faith.. you are doing GREAT!
one day at at time.. progress.. NOT perfection :)
Happy Birthday!
