Apparently my legs have not been worked this hard in a while!  I lifted legs today instead of arms because I needed to leave early for the Dr (to find out about my sleep stuff).  I only did three different exercises, that was all the time I had.  I did the leg press, that hurt enough, then I tried to do lunges.  Apparently my legs had a WHOLE other idea.  I seriously could not do more than 5... FIVE.  I had to pick something else to do, so I did one of my ol favs, Deadlifts.  Oh well, right?  I will do lunges next week! Haha, legs, I am bringing it.  I do remember you clapping yesterday, so here you go!
As for my sleep thing... I do NOT have Sleep Apnea.  YEAH.  But, I am tired because I have to work really hard to breath.  I relax so much that my jaw falls into my throat, or something like that.  The great thing, all I need to do, is buy a wedge to put under my pillow, that is all!  Wahoo!  Yeah for me.  Oh, and I have to keep my drainage down to a minimum.  That one makes me laugh.  I am the allergy queen! hahaha!

I laughed at the 5 lunges! At least you did 5. Like me trying to do full push-ups, I can barely do 3 then I switch to girl ones.
