I think I am getting better. Either all I needed all along was some Mucinex, or I just finally got better. I believe a combo of the two!
I hope to get out for a small 2 mile run tomorrow, providing I still feel at least as good as i do today. Keeping my hopes up!
Ah, the love of Spring. I got out those warm weather clothes, and it was a tiny pathetic collection. Most of the stuff looks aweful on me too! So, since today was the 30% off at Old Navy thing... I went and got a few more shirts. Fun fun!
I must say, one of the most disappointing things about my Half Training has been the LACK of weight loss. The GAINING of weight was even worse. I know now that most of it is due to nutrition, so I am working on it. I have gotten back down to where I was when I started, plus I have lost 3-4 lbs. The weird thing, is I really want to know where all the 'extra' weight is. I actually think that my mommy belly is getting much smaller, and my muffin top is getting almost non existent. My legs are like rocks, and my arms seem slim to me. So where is it? Granted, I still have plenty of fluff, but it just looks so much better in my clothes than it has in months. I just can't figure it out. Fine with me, I will go with it!
