A Challenge You Say?

So my fellow fitness blogger just issued a challenge.

Four Weeks To Fit.

Here is what I am to do:
  1. Take two before photos (front and back)
  2. Run, lift, whatever I need to do to get fit 6 days a week
  3. Have a specific fitness goal
  4. Pick a nutrition pitfall to stay away from
  5. Post as often as possible what your workout was that day!
Then..
Take two after photos and earn a jpg to proudly display on your blog!

Soo... here is what I am planning on doing!
  • My goal is to run a mile 15 seconds faster. Lofty, right? (I will be timing it tomorrow)
  • The nutrition pitfall I am going to stay away from is Sugar... good riddance!
  • I am also going to add a lifestyle pitfall... I am going on a 28 day Facebook hiatus! Wow, I know!
I took photos on Friday, I might take new ones tomorrow, I will debate.

My start date will be Monday. It is an INSANE week for me, so this will take some faith! In fact, the next month is going to be quite crazy, but I am ready!

I am still soaking in all the amazing Love of my Savior. Think I will just soak for a while longer before I post about it. It feels so good to bask in this!
