I just finished a jump rope and body weight exercise interval type workout.  (Does that even make sense?)  I am still dripping with sweat as we speak.  It was delightfully fun and the most inspired I have felt since I finished my race!  In fact, in my effort to figure out why I was not able to jump rope for a whole minute without hitting myself (apparently I am just out of practice) I had a mirror out in the garage to watch my form.  What?  I have leg muscles?  When did that happen?  I have been FREAKING so much about how flabby my tummy is that I have totally missed the appearance of arm muscles and LOTS of leg definition.  So sad, right?  That whole forest for the flabby trees thing.  I swear I should look for a bunch of cheap mirrors to put up in my gym so that I can notice that sort of thing!
So, good day, just need to work on the eating thing.  I am off to the shower.  I am going to take care of my kid and my friends kids while our hubbies go be freak nerd and watch the new Star Trek movie tonight! haha!
