Day 6

Ok, exercise done. It was wimpy, but I did SOMETHING.

This is what I did.. Top 8 Stability Ball Exercises.

Cheesy, right? But the real deal for me, is making this a life thing. Some days I am just not going to work in a 6 mile run, so if I jump around a little and fall off the 'greatest ball in the house' (so thinks The Boy) well then, my mind can still think I did not fail, and therefore will pick back up tomorrow, and kick my own tushy!

Yeah for me! (PS I think I should state again that I seriously miss stupid FaceBook. So silly.)

Tomorrow is Sunday, I am looking forward to the spiritual renewal. I can't wait to discuss the second chapter of Daniel with my Sunday School class. I discovered so much even in that crazy vision filled chapter this week!
