Today I worked at the daycare I where I usually work during lunchtime, except today, I worked all alone the whole day! I had six kids from 7 months to 2.5 from 8 am till 5:30pm. It was not bad and I even managed to get my meals in pretty well so far!
Meal 1: Cottage Cheese and Yogurt
Meal 2: BSN Lean Protein
Meal 3: Green Beans and small piece of steak my Sweet Love brought me!
Meal 4: BSN Lean Protein
Right now I am munching on some Almond clusters. I am sure I could do better, but I KNOW I would normally be doing worse, and I think I did not get enough carbs (so I am REALLY hungry) since I think the BSN is JUST protein.. so all in all, I am just saying I am glad I put them in a bowl, instead of ate out of the bag. And I am SO not going to get upset at myself! ha!
Sweet Love is making dinner right now. I will eat that, and then have a green smoothie at some point tonight. Oh, and I still have to fit in a workout. I plan on doing some body weight exercises, like lunges and squats, with some band exercises for my arms. A light, whole body workout. Tomorrow, run.. somehow, not sure yet on the timing! That is going to be the whole issue for this. Getting in both my quiet time AND my workout. Quiet time with my Savior comes first.
