Goals and Such for Bill

Still reading and answering some questions... here is some more.

What are the five most important, specific accomplishments you need to make, within the next 12 weeks, for you to be pleased with the progress of your body and life?

  1. Dairy & gluten free for The Boy
  2. Loose at least 20 lbs
  3. Be confident in pretty clothes and with Sweet Love
  4. More rested/ more energy
  5. Inspire change in at least one other person

What three patterns of action might prevent me from reaching my goals?
  1. poor or lack of planning
  2. resistance to change
  3. not implementing plan!

Which three new patterns of action do I need to establish to reach my goals?
  1. take time to plan
  2. embrace and seek out POSITIVE change
  3. take the effort to effect change in my own life

Think I might have some issues with laziness and change? Fear of failure is also in there...

SO... here is what I will need to read to myself every morning and night. My goals for the next 12 weeks.

In the next 12 weeks:
  1. I will be dairy and gluten free for The Boy's health.
  2. I will loose at least 20 lbs.
  3. I will be confident in clothes and with my Sweet Love.
  4. I will be more rested and have more energy.
  5. I will inspire change in people around me!
