I am still in pain.  I cannot sit comfortably.  My leg needs to be extended.  I will not do any cardio or leg weights until at least Monday.  We will see.  I may just do running first, and lay off the weights for another week.  Again, we will see!
I did great eating today.  Really proud of myself for not throwing in the towel already.  I must persevere.  I must.  (Stop this all of nothing I have so deeply ingrained in my being!)
