Anyway, I think I hurt my knee lifting weights today.  Hurts to bend it back.  I can run though.  SO that is what I did.  Ran for 30 minutes (actually, walked and ran)  That did not hurt one bit.  If I have really hurt my knee, it will take a while to heal, but I will find some form of cardio, keep up with arm weights, and the eating.... I am so mad though.
