For those of you that have the Nike iPod thing... you will know about this. After you have run farther... a famous sports icon will come on and tell you that it was your longest run to date.. or whatever. I have heard Joan Benoit Samuelson tell me this the last two times I have run. I think that will be my goal for the next few weeks. To hear a sports icon tell me that I have worked harder than the last time I ran! How about that?
