Well, I am losing weight. I have stopped stressing about food. That is a good and a bad thing. I seemed to have more meals on hand when I was stressing, but just knowing that I need to eat, and doing it is fine too. After all, isn't this supposed to be a forever thing? Also, weights going well. I have not reinjured my knee. It still gets aweful sore, but not hurting. I just have to still go very light on weights. I was able to do step ups. My knee was sore the next morning, but it actually felt like muscle soreness rather than injury, and that is a good thing! Cardio could always be better, but honestly, unless I have a race to train for, I am just not going to do better than I am already. I do think that running after every weight workout is doing fine for now, and the 2 other times a week I get out there an run are just fine with me.
I will try and find the time to get myself a reward from my reward jar. We have a busy weekend, and my pedi lady is not in town, so I might have to get it AND another one next week! Wahoo!
Oh, for my free day.. I get to eat at PF Changs! YUM! Lettuce wraps really aren't all that bad anyway!
