First I would like to say that I REALLY miss FaceBook. It is so silly, and a little embarrassing as well as humbling!
No workout today. It was a FULL day. I don't know how working mothers do it. I sure would not be able to maintain! I worked from 8am till almost 5 at the daycare, then I came home and took care of some things, then my two men (Sweet Love and The Boy) took me out for Mother's Day. (I hate crowds, so we like to celebrate a little early, or late to avoid all the people... and the WAITING!) That was really fun, but that also meant I missed working out.
Tomorrow my 'normal' life resumes, so it should be easier to get more on track with eating, and I honestly will not have an excuse for not finding SOME way to workout each day!
So my final thoughts on this week so far: better than I feared, but I definitely have LOTS of room for improvement. Oh, and I am so not sore from my workout yesterday! I cannot believe it. I just knew my calves would be dying, but nothing. I have a little bit of tenderness on my left quad just at the teardrop part above the knee, but seriously, that is nuthin'. I am SO going to kill it at the next jump rope workout! No holding back this time! ;)

I'm a little behind on your blog..but I do want to say its nice you went out for Mother's Day! I prefer to not have to do things on the days that create massive crowds. Hopefully I can keep up with your blog and it will motivate me to get working out; I enjoy doing it but haven't found the time since having Katelyn
Bre, it took me over a year to even get back to working out, and another year to really make it part of my life, and even though it has been a whole year since then, it is still a daily struggle to get out there, and keep up the fight. I HAVE to be strong for my family, so I have to workout and eat right. Good thing I LIKE to work out!
