Ok, so it is getting worse, not better as I go! BAH!
I got to work late, and so I was all freaked out (the lady that owns the day care is quite anal, and is only surpassed by her husband, who is there all day, but apparently is incapable of lending a hand.. but I digress.) So I totally forgot to eat.. AGAIN. I did get it together and the Lord was gracious and made sure that there was not one little morsel of kid food left for me to snack on, ha! When I got home, I got sidetracked again, and did not eat until we hit the drive thru on the way to church, I know, right?
So, here I am again, no workout, well unless you count the 8 minute hike to work with kid in stroller, and the 8 minute hike UP a hill on the way home. I will add that I walk FAST anyway, and even faster when I am trying to get to work, or get home (it is HOT on the way home). So it is not like I did nothing. It is just that I do that almost every time and if that was all it took, a little walk there and back and all the WORK it takes to care for 6 kids (between the ages of 6 months and 2.5), then I would not see at least 90% of the childcare providers in all the certification classes I have to go to, in the mortally obese category, right? Ok, off tiny rant soap box.
As for yesterdays workout, I am not sore, but I feel like my muscles are a little tight maybe? I think that next time I want to come up with my own workout and make it more intense, you know, without the added rest time of dealing with a sweet two year old asking me to help him with his bands (how cute, right?) It is in my plan tomorrow. I should be home most of the day, so I can get that in during nap.
I got to get this eating 5-6 times a day thing figured out. The last time I was able to do it successfully I worked full time and my PC popped up reminders when I needed to eat. Now that I stay home, I am not in front of a PC to have it remind me enough for that to be effective. I wonder how many alarm clocks I would need to get in order to remember to eat? haha!

before I got to your last paragraph, I was thinking about that. You need to set reminders on your phone...if your "pay n go" will do that. ha ha ha
Ya- my cellphone has 6 alarms in it- at its a free one from over 3 years ago....
Hope it works out.
girl.. get you a watch.. i have a timex i got at walmart on sale for 20 bucks.. i NEVER take it off! i will never go without one again! :)
you can do it..
progress not perfection!
It won't take long once you get started for your stomach to remind you! Too bad you don't have my autistic son there to offer you reminders. I want to remember something? I tell him to remind me. "hey, KK, when the clock says 3:00, tell me to eat a snack."
